Women’s Bible Study at West Shore has been a vibrant ministry for many years.  It has impacted my life in many ways.  Studying God’s Word has had a positive effect on my relationship with my husband, my children and with many others whom God has called me to love and serve.

Isn’t it wonderful that God has given us the gift of His Word?   It is truly His love letter to us all.  In His word He reveals everything we need to live life here on earth, from the mundane, everyday experiences to the crises of difficult relationships, hardships and coping with death.  As the Psalmist says:

     The law of the Lord is perfect,
            reviving the soul.
     The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy,
            making wise the simple.
     The precepts of the Lord are right,
              giving joy to the heart.
     The commands of the Lord are radiant,
            giving light to the eyes.
     The fear of the Lord is pure,
             enduring forever.
     The ordinances of the Lord are sure
              and altogether righteous.
     They are more precious than gold,
             than much pure gold;
     they are sweeter than honey,
             than honey from the comb.
     By them is your servant warned;
     In keeping them there is great reward. (Psalm 19:7-11)

Join us as together we dig into His Word to find it is “living and active and sharper than any double-edged sword.”  Hebrews 4:12 As your life is challenged and changed by His word, share what you are learning.  Won’t you bring a friend to Bible study?
