Christian Writers Fellowship
A supportive place for writers to share ideas and their work, Christian Writers Fellowship is a diverse group of people from a variety of backgrounds and places. Together, they share as writers the gift that God has given to them. Meetings
The fellowship meets at the church on the first Thursday evening of each month from 7-9 p.m. Meetings usually involve prayer, a group writing exercise and then a critique of a piece written by a member of the group. While critiques may sound intimidating, the comments are appropriate to the writer’s level of experience and aim at encouraging the author and building the skills of all who participate. Information about writers’ conferences and workshops is available. Membership
Writers of all ages and all levels of experience are welcomed. Fiction, nonfiction, poetry, drama, fantasy, and science fiction are just a few of the genres represented. Some members have never published. Others have published books, produced plays, and won national awards. Our members’ work has appeared in publications such as Chicken Soup for the Soul, Guideposts magazine, and God Allows U-Turns. We welcome new members! Contact Information
